1. About LegalKeys

LegalKeys is a digital game key marketplace operated as a sole trader business trading under the name "LegalKeys" in the United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Products & Digital Goods

LegalKeys sells digital activation keys for video games and downloadable content (DLC) for PC and console platforms. All keys are sourced from authorised distributors. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a key has been delivered to your email address it cannot be refunded, except where the key is proven to be invalid or non-functional, in which case a replacement or full refund will be provided.

3. Your Rights as a Consumer

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to a product that is as described and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty or misdescribed, contact us for a remedy. Note: the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to digital content that has been made available to you (i.e. the key has been delivered), as you will have acknowledged this before purchase.

4. Seller Rules

Sellers on LegalKeys must be able to demonstrate they have the legal right to resell the products they list. Stolen, fraudulently obtained, or region-locked keys are strictly prohibited. LegalKeys reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account found to be in breach of these rules.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All game titles, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective publishers and developers. LegalKeys facilitates the resale of legitimately purchased digital licences and does not claim ownership of any third-party IP. We comply with all valid takedown notices from rights holders.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). LegalKeys is not currently VAT registered; prices shown are the full amount payable with no VAT added. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. LegalKeys does not store card details.

7. Liability

LegalKeys will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
